Athlete Agent Search

A person who acts as an athlete agent in Texas by entering into a contract with a current Texas college athlete or represents that the person is an athlete agent in this state must obtain a certificate of registration from the Office of the Secretary of State under the provisions of §2051.101 of the Texas Occupations Code. On this site, you can search for athlete agents who have registered with the Office of the Secretary of State.
